Supply‑Demand Planner 3 Oracle is seeking a Supply‑Demand Planner 3 to interface with Planning, Sourcing, Business units and suppliers to develop product forecasts, create inventory strategies and resolve supply‑demand issues impacting revenue, customer delivery and margin.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities

Develop product forecasts and inventory strategies for assigned products.

Lead cross‑functional supply chain teams to solve excess inventory and supply shortage problems.

Drive forecast accuracy improvement and assess forward‑looking supply chain revenue capability for senior leadership.

Coordinate supply allocations for internal and supplier teams to optimize performance.

Present business results and planning recommendations to finance and business units.

Assist in designing, developing and evaluating new planning processes and systems.

Provide direction, specialist knowledge and training to junior planners.

Build constructive stakeholder relationships with Oracle lines‑of‑business and suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain planning with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in forecasting tools and inventory management systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.

US customer or client‑facing roles may need to comply with immunization and occupational health mandates.
