Design, test, and implement security solutions related to DLP, including Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Conditional Access, and incident response. Define and maintain enterprise-wide data classification and labeling standards, utilizing AI/ML solutions. Manage CASB solutions (inline and out-of-band) to control SaaS application access and usage. Operate Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions like Zscaler, Prisma Access, and Axis with DLP enforcement. Integrate DLP policies with enterprise email security platforms. Apply DLP and CASB controls in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Develop and enforce data protection policies and security baselines. Monitor DLP systems for violations and incidents, investigate, and remediate issues. Enhance visibility and effectiveness of data classification and protection capabilities. Maintain documentation of configurations and operational procedures. Automate security tasks through scripting and orchestration tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of data security principles, classification, and labeling frameworks. Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP platforms, especially Microsoft Purview. Experience with AI-driven data classification solutions. Knowledge of CASB deployment models and SaaS application security. Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and cloud security controls in AWS, Azure, and GCP. Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS). Experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in Security Engineering, with at least 3 years focused on DLP and data security technologies. Experience with data labeling and AI/ML automation projects. Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields (preferred). Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, or Security+ are highly desirable. Additional Information
