Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementations Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activities Adhere to KPMG story writing standards Conform to KPMG acceptance criteria writing standards Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a managed services or consulting environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills Ability to travel as required Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity Compensation and Benefits
