Fulfillment Operations Manager - eCommerce

As the eCommerce Fulfillment Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately, especially during peak seasons. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, implement innovative fulfillment strategies, and contribute to the company's ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and seasonal staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation for seamless operations. Continuously assess and improve fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols across the order fulfillment workflow. Ensure safety and compliance by following safety procedures and adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service, to align fulfillment activities with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment or warehouse management, with proven leadership and operational improvement skills. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Deposco is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, especially during peak seasons requiring extended hours.
