We offer a wide range of commercial products designed to meet the unique needs of our clients, including property, casualty, and specialty insurance products. Our focus is on the wholesale brokerage market, where our partners specialize in placing complex and high-risk insurance policies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and expertise.
Salary

Base pay
$127,800.00/yr - $172,200.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Lead a cross-functional team to define a product vision and strategy, roadmap, and requirements for success. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and translate needs into strategic business and technology initiatives. Ensure a customer-centric and data-driven approach with measurable outcomes. Product Development and Management: Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials, monitor usage and user data, identify opportunities to increase usage and improve user experience, and craft roadmaps for one or more teams. Act as an active member of agile development teams in partnership with a Scrum Master. Support risk solutions as a leader in the division’s agile transformation. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Build relationships with business stakeholders, maintain strong cross-functional relationships, coach or pair with other Product Owners, and participate in or facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros, etc.).
Required and preferred qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Field of Study: Business, Management, Information Technology, or related discipline. Experience: 10+ years in the insurance or financial services industry; 3+ years of agile leadership as a Product Owner or Product Manager; knowledge of product development and agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or SAFe). Certifications: CSPO or SAFe certifications are a plus. Skills: Dynamic communication, ability to inspire senior leadership, strong relationship-building, collaboration, and ability to influence without direct authority. Experience with large-scale system implementations or conversions; familiarity with underwriting, insurance product launches, policy administration systems, broker management, binding authority, or data analytics are highly desired.
