WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and develop on-site associates using VBS fundamentals.
Assist in developing the organizational Strategic and Policy Deployment Plans, ensuring the effective deployment of these plans to the point of impact utilizing the appropriate Vontier Business System tools to drive the achievement of the organization's goals.
Manage the kaizen planning process, ensuring adherence to this repeatable monthly process to drive effective continuous improvement activities.

Planning of Kaizen with a dynamic funnel process tied to strategic initiatives and business opportunities, VBS Tool Training Kaizen execution, Sustainment of Kaizen.

WHO YOU ARE A bachelor's degree is preferred, or at least five years' experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing, or materials control function. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and data analytics. Skilled at leading through influence and building followership with executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors. A proven willingness to speak up and challenge team members in a respectful and candid manner. Skilled at teaching, presenting, and otherwise facilitating learning to professionals. Skilled at time management and balancing needs across the business. Skilled at adapting best practices to business/team-specific challenges. Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate Kaizen events in commercial and operations functions. Able to keep teams motivated and focused for training and kaizen events. Ability to create training programs and lead training. Self-motivated and a high achiever.
