Rotational Program 2026 at Watlow. This full-time program offers recent graduates an opportunity to work on real-world engineering problems, build valuable industry experience, and develop a foundation for a successful career. The 2026 Technical Rotational Program fast-tracks technical graduates with hands-on exposure across various roles, functions, and business units, guided by experienced mentors. The cohort rotates start in July 2026 and conclude with placement in a full-time role by January 2027. Responsibilities

Participate in three unique two-month rotations across Watlow sites, learning about different technologies, products, and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment or technical development center. Engage in hands-on projects, gain exposure to cutting-edge initiatives, and contribute to strategic business objectives. Build professional networks and develop technical knowledge under mentorship from senior engineers. Rotations and Locations

Three two-month assignments across multiple sites. Destinations include: Columbia, MO; Hannibal, MO; San Jose, CA; St. Louis, MO; Winona, MN. Mentorship and Learning

Paired with a senior engineer who provides personalized coaching and guidance. Learning and development through real-world projects and applied engineering work. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related field (mechanical, electrical, computer, manufacturing, etc.) by June 2026. Availability to start the program in July 2026. Willingness to relocate to various Watlow facilities for up to six months. Desired Qualifications

Previous co-op or internship experience. Proven ability to work effectively in teams through student organizations, extracurricular activities, or other collaborative experiences. Benefits
