Overview

The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory management, controls, and cycle counts for all Primal Kitchen-owned raw and packaging materials, including bulk avocado oil. These materials may be stored in company warehouses, external manufacturing plants, or our 3PL warehouse. The role also oversees the day-to-day execution of established processes, ensures warehouses maintain accurate counts, and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner. This involves regularly meeting with Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, collaborating with the operations team to validate inventory and providing actionable insights that support decision-making. Responsibilities

Monitor the team’s daily and weekly tasks and responsibilities. Support the Sales Operations team in order fulfillment troubleshooting. Manage day-to-day inventory control and inventory adjustments/audits for all raw and packaging materials in the ERP system. Maintain inventory data accuracy above 95% for all raw and packaging materials. Maintain inventory data accuracy above 98% for all finished goods materials. Coordinate and execute inventory cycle counts, including year-end counts, with company warehouses, external manufacturing (EM) partners, and 3PL locations to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Coordinate monthly usage reports from EMs for inventory reconciliation and lead weekly inventory meetings to review and maintain data accuracy, ensuring correct quantity, location, and valuation in the ERP. Utilize Excel and ERP to analyze and reconcile inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to achieve high data integrity. Develop, implement, and update processes and guidelines to optimize inventory control best practices at EMs. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse teams, EM partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Provide training and support to other Inventory Control team members by regularly reviewing existing processes and SOPs and by providing feedback to help them improve. Proactively identify and resolve inventory issues, reducing time-to-resolution for discrepancies. Review and approve common, minor inventory adjustments as needed and per company policies. Maintain existing inventory control worksheets and digital tools. Assist with special projects, such as inventory optimization initiatives, process improvements, or system implementations, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results. Supervisory Duties

Direct Reports; 5 Inventory Coordinators Lead daily operations inventory, supervising the team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across all touchpoints. Coach and develop team, providing regular feedback, training, and conducting annual performance reviews. Assist team with annual goals and KPI metrics. Performance management to meet KPI metrics. Manage new hire onboarding and training. Oversee attendance and time-keeping. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in inventory management, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation across multiple locations. Experience with SAP or similar ERP system, with a strong focus on inventory management. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reconcile data discrepancies across multiple sources. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with warehouse teams, External Manufacturers partners, 3PL partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy. Demonstrated ability to adapt and update processes to optimize inventory control best practices. New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
