Overview
Recruitment Number 25-0021. The current vacancies are with the Department of Land & Natural Resources and the Department of Transportation, Airports Division. Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I). Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors. The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. Basic Education:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Specialized Experience:
One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management; including the efficient utilization and maintenance of real property such as acquisition or sale of real property, property evaluation, preparation and solicitation of bids, establishment of rental rates, selection of tenants, and protection and maintenance of property. This experience must include work in business, commercial, or industrial real property management. Substitutions Allowed:

Applicants must possess a valid driver\'s license at the time of appointment. Federal Criminal History Records Check:
For positions requiring unescorted access to secured areas at airports, a pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check is required.
