Summary
The Assistant Program Director is a member of the CSA team that incorporates all of the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Intensive Care Coordinator with additional responsibilities that directly relate to the oversight and overall functioning of the CSA program. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

The Assistant Program Director functions as support to the Program Director when they are unavailable and is able to carry out/manage all of their assigned responsibilities. The Assistant Program Director is responsible for receiving, processing and assigning referrals to ICC/FP and or FIT teams. Provide training, supervision, and support to the Care Coordinator and program staff Participate in and facilitate, when needed, the System of Care committee Support the Care Coordinators in skills development to work with families from diverse backgrounds, promote positive interactions with families, and foster positive working relationships with providers and organizations Support the program and its entire staff in developing skills in wraparound, care planning teams, care management, and crisis response and support. Participate in and facilitate meetings, trainings, evaluations and engage in quality management activities Ensure staff participation in training, evaluation, and quality management activities Assist PD in working with MCEs, state agencies, COA compliance and preparation and other external partners, taking the lead as appropriate Provide coverage of client cases when needed Participate in management team meetings Collaborate with CSA leadership in an ongoing manner to address staffing needs/wider program concerns Shares 24/7 on-call duties on a rotating weekly basis with staff identified in collaboration with the CSA leadership team and AVP/VP of Outreach Services Act as a covering supervisor for after-hours on-call staff support when needed Participate in marketing and outreach to promote the program/agency and network in the community Update the online behavioral health provider capacity portal for ICC referrals.
