ProSidian seeks a Project Controls/Project Management Analyst [DOE0085084] for program support on a W2 contract, based across the CONUS with focus in Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

The position is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) engagement with potential conversion to a full-time ProSidian W-2 role.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain project schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, and performance reporting.

Provide project controls and project management support for Program Office #04 AMRP (River and Plateau) including project and contract management, regulatory compliance, engineering consulting, waste management, and groundwater remediation.

Monitor project performance, perform variance analyses, maintain performance data files, assist in risk evaluations, and provide scheduling support to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Support reviews, manage risks and schedules, assist with budget and lifecycle planning, and provide informed recommendations to Division and Field Project Directors.

Location: Pacific Northwest region, primarily Richland, WA; work site at 2440 Stevens Center Place, Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change); on-site with some approved remote support.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of project controls/EVMS experience; DOE project experience preferred.

B.S. in Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP preferred.

Experience supporting Environmental Management sector and AMRP functional areas is a plus.

Skills: Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, and reporting; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Analytical rigor, problem-solving, and clear communication.

Functional attributes include project controls/PM analytics with responsibilities across GSS in Hanford Field Office.

Travel as coordinated and approved; security clearances as required; on-site performance at Hanford with possible remote work as approved.

Government-furnished resources include space, computers, and software at HFO; scope primarily on-site with some remote support.
