The Lockton team is currently seeking a dynamic
Senior Benefit Analyst
for our Employee Benefits consulting group. This analyst is responsible for assisting in the marketing and servicing requirements of new and renewal Employee Benefits accounts. Long-term career potential and advancement opportunities to an Account Manager exist for dedicated and motivated professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide broad administrative support to the Account Manager and Account Executive in activities such as client enrollment meetings, mid-year/renewals, marketing efforts (develop RFPS, coordinate vendor responses, prepare marketing reports), and maintaining client relationships. Prepare Service Schedules, maintain open item lists, and report preparation (experience reports, management reports, marketing reports). Assist with renewal projections, attend staff and educational meetings, and manage client and carrier correspondence and data updates. Deliver excellent customer service and complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 1-3 years’ administrative experience in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, with advanced spreadsheet skills. Strong mathematical aptitude, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional approach to external clients. Willingness to expand knowledge through industry-related training. Compensation and Benefits
