Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic client services professional in the Employee Benefits space, committed to building relationships, exceeding client expectations, and advancing our Employee Benefits Practice. As a Senior Account Manager, you will handle servicing and marketing needs of Lockton clients under supervision, following Lockton procedures. Your Responsibilities
Manage service/project plan timelines for clients. Support AE in scheduling and preparing for Gate Meetings. Handle renewals with carriers. Prepare and manage client renewal workbooks and plan summaries. Draft RFPs for bid solicitations and manage responses. Coordinate implementation activities for new carriers, including contracts and meetings. Ensure timely execution of contracts and review relevant documents for accuracy. Prepare compliance calendars and address employer compliance questions. Address internal compliance issues, including service agreements and disclosures. Generate claim reports and manage employee communication materials. Conduct employee meetings and prepare claim projections using PRISM. Collaborate with Financial Analysts and HRS teams. Assume additional responsibilities as directed and operate independently with clients. Compensation And Benefits

At least five years of employee benefits experience in consulting or brokerage. Strong project management and client presentation skills. Experience with complex transactions and marketing employee benefit programs. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PRISM. Leadership, negotiation, and mentoring abilities. Willingness to travel as needed. Legal right to work in the U.S. Additional Details
