Partner with and/or lead account team on new business and renewal servicing including (but not limited to) gathering/analyzing client exposures, loss information, and preparing submissions needed for program placement. Review quotes, participate and/or lead renewal negotiations with carriers, and client proposal presentation meetings as assigned Facilitate and provide support on key client post renewal deliverables Execute all changes requested on the program during the policy term Be an integral part of day-to-day client servicing encompassing strong client consulting and carrier communication Participate in various initiatives that support achievement of growth goals within the team Deliver standards of excellence in line with Lockton’s operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems Compensation And Benefits

The entry base salary offered for this opportunity may vary, and is contingent upon candidate education, skills, abilities, essential competencies, experience, professional designations, unique qualifications, and geographic location. Requirements: Minimum 4 – 6 years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience Ability to represent the practice and Lockton with integrity and professionalism at all times Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with Associates, Producers, and clients at all levels of responsibility Lifelong learner who is excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Legal right to work in the United States Seniority level
