In this role, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to development and launch. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that provide tangible business value and inspire teams to excel. What You Could Be Doing
Below is a high-level overview of responsibilities you may wear while in our Digital practice: Collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to capture and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Work cross-functionally with IT and digital teams to identify, design, and implement efficient solutions that achieve project goals while addressing stakeholder needs. Ensure high-quality deliverables through meticulous planning, proactive risk management, and adherence to industry best practices for digital project execution. Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure success, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive business value and inform decision-making. Translate complex project details into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including high-level executives and senior leadership. What You Bring to the Table
When you join our team, you're a consultant first. Core skills we expect from each team member include: Minimum of a 4-year degree Ideally 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (typically 2-3 days in office) Ability to understand and assess our client's business challenges including underlying gaps and areas of opportunity Proficiency in listening to understand the root of client problems to propose actionable solutions Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients clearly and effectively, often through presentations and reports Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with clients to ensure alignment In addition, each consultant brings a unique toolbox of skills. The following examples are a plus: Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana Ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature sets based on business objectives and user needs Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and product performance Familiarity with SQL for querying databases Experience with user research and testing methodologies Basic understanding of APIs and their role in product development Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other product development frameworks Familiarity with creating and interpreting user personas and customer journey maps Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with product documentation and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Confluence, Excel, Miro) Experience delivering product artifacts (PRDs, roadmaps, launch plans, dashboards, executive updates) Go-to-market planning and execution experience Basic understanding of pricing strategies Familiarity with conducting legal and compliance research relevant to product design Understanding of consumer psychology and insights for product design Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities Benefits and Other Stuff
