In this role, you won’t just be defining roadmaps and prioritizing features. We’re seeking individuals who can own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to development and launch. While every project we work on is different, below is a high-level overview of some of the responsibilities you may wear while in our Digital practice: Collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to capture and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Work cross-functionally with IT and digital teams to identify, design, and implement efficient solutions that achieve project goals while addressing stakeholder needs. Ensure high-quality deliverables through meticulous planning, proactive risk management, and adherence to industry best practices for digital project execution. Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure success, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive business value and inform decision-making. Translate complex project details into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including high-level executives and senior leadership. What You Bring to the Table

When you join our team, you’re a consultant first. This means there are core skills we expect out of each of our team members. These include: Minimum of a 4-year degree Ideally 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (typically 2-3 days in office) Ability to understand and assess our client’s business challenges including underlying gaps and areas of opportunity Proficient in listening to understand the root of our client’s problems in order to propose actionable solutions Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients clearly and effectively, often through presentations and reports Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns. In addition, each one of our consultants brings a unique and valuable toolbox of skills specific to their practice. Below are some examples of skills we are always looking to add to the team (don’t worry – we don’t expect you to have all of them but any of these are a plus): Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana Proven ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature sets based on business objectives and user needs Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and product performance, driving data-informed decision-making Familiarity with SQL for querying databases to extract product insights Experience with user research and testing methodologies to gather insights and validate product concepts Basic understanding of APIs, how they work, and their role in product development Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other product development frameworks, with the ability to guide teams in iterative development Familiarity with creating and interpreting user personas, customer journey maps, and usability testing Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on aligning diverse teams around product goals Proficiency with tools for product documentation and presentation, such as PowerPoint, Confluence, Excel, and Miro, to clearly articulate product vision and progress Track record of delivering high-quality product artifacts, including product requirements documents (PRDs), roadmaps, release/launch plans, customer journey maps, metrics dashboards, and executive updates Experience in go-to-market planning and execution, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch and adoption Basic understanding of pricing strategies that maximize market adoption and profitability, ensuring products are positioned to deliver measurable business value Familiarity with conducting legal and compliance research to ensure product design adheres to regulations and industry standards, fostering trust and minimizing risk Deep understanding of consumer psychology and insights to leverage when designing products that resonate with users, influence behavior, and enhance customer satisfaction Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities, ensuring products meet user needs and deliver measurable business impact Benefits and Other Fun Stuff

This range considers factors such as skillset, experience, and organizational requirements. Hiring at the top end is uncommon and depends on individual circumstances.
