Commercial Construction Superintendent role at
MSF Hospitality LLC . Oversee the delivery of high‑quality hotel builds across Texas and beyond. If you’re ready to run the show and travel while doing it, this is your role.
Base Pay Range $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Manage on‑site construction activities across assigned projects.
Supervise subcontractors and temporary labor, ensuring alignment with schedule and quality goals.
Develop and maintain a 3‑week lookahead schedule and assist with project schedule updates.
Coordinate inspections and implement Level II or III quality control procedures.
Track deliveries, manage materials, and monitor equipment usage and rentals.
Conduct daily safety inspections and weekly toolbox talks.
Maintain complete daily reports, photos, RFIs, and documentation logs.
Ensure field office operations are up to date, including redline drawings, permits, and PO logs.
Communicate clearly and professionally with the project team and subcontractors.
Provide mentoring and oversight to Assistant Superintendents as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
Strong leadership, time management, and coordination skills.
Proven ability to oversee multiple subcontractors and manage field logistics.
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with construction documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
