Your New Role
This position is responsible for managing the production incentive process for episodic television offered by domestic jurisdictions. Your Role Accountabilities
Provide guidance to budgeters on how to estimate the incentive for various jurisdictions and review the budget to ensure the incentive is calculated properly. Ensure a project will qualify for an incentive by researching all applicable rules, communicating to the stakeholders and monitoring compliance throughout the project’s life cycle. Maintain and update internal incentive tracking database. Prepare all necessary forms, applications and registrations necessary to qualify for various production incentive programs. Manage timing expectations from production incentive receivables. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal, Business Affairs, Post, etc) in all aspects related to production incentives on project specific issues. Provide guidance to Production Accounting on all incentive related matters. Liaise with international consultants and service providers on all production incentive related matters. Assist with ad hoc projects / analysis. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax or finance. Production accounting experience preferred. Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Accounting preferred. College coursework in Accounting. Working knowledge of production incentives. Working knowledge of the production process. Communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel. Multi-task, to prioritize, and meet competing goals. Work well in a fast-paced environment. Work independently to meet deadlines. Analytical skills. Advanced excel skills. Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, Vista a plus. How We Get Things Done…

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,300.00 - $154,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
