Principal Integration and Test Engineer - Active TS/SCI
Posted 2025-10-15 – location Aurora, CO. This role is onsite and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
Execute the program’s test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation.
Collaborate with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution.
Lead a mixed team of Raytheon employees, subcontractors, and leased labor in support of regression testing, verification, and validation efforts.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience as an integration and/or test engineer in a software development environment.
Experience with trouble shooting and discrepancy reports.
Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
Experience with Automated test tools; Cucumber
Experience with POSTGRES DB
Experience with Linux Operating system
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with Python scripting
Experience in a large software lifecycle development
Experience with Mission Management as it pertain to Ground Systems
Experience with one of the following: System Engineering, Software Architecture, System Architecture
Experience with Containerization
Experience with Cloud Computing
