Principal Integration and Test Engineer-TS/SCI Clearance

Solidus is hiring a Principal Integration and Test Engineer to provide leadership and direction to Agile software development teams on a large-scale satellite ground system pursuit. Your in-depth knowledge of integration and software testing will be critical to driving program success and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
This is an on-site role based in Aurora, CO.
Day In The Life
Serve as the Integration and Test Engineer responsible for ensuring proper verification and validation of the system prior to its release into operations
Execute the program’s test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation
Collaborate with senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution
Lead a mixed team of employees, subcontractors, and leased labor in support of regression testing, verification, and validation efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience
US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start
Undergo a comprehensive background investigation
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience as an integration and/or test engineer in a software development environment
Experience with troubleshooting and discrepancy reports
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
TS/SCI with CI Poly
Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
Automated test tools; Cucumber
POSTGRES DB
Linux Operating system
Agile development methodology
Python scripting
Experience in a large software lifecycle development
Mission Management as it pertains to Ground Systems
Experience with one of the following: System Engineering, Software Architecture, System Architecture
Containerization
Cloud Computing
Benefit selection, customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, and clearance status will influence the final salary.
Full benefits: $123,000 to $154,000 annually
Reduced benefits (no medical, dental, vision): Up to $166,000 annually
