Global Life Science Hub
Global Life Science Hub is hiring Facility Maintenance Mechanics to support a rapidly scaling biopharmaceutical manufacturer in New Jersey. With Day, 2nd, or 3rd shifts available, this key role ensures reliability of all site utilities and systems in a GMP-regulated environment.

Pay Range
Base pay: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems supporting GMP manufacturing. Monitor and maintain purified water (RO/WFI) and clean steam systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, air handling units, pumps, compressors, and other utilities. Respond promptly to equipment and facility alarms, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with manufacturing requirements. Accurately complete maintenance records in line with GMP and company procedures. Support facility projects, installations, and system upgrades. Follow all safety, GMP, and EHS guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of facility/maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment. Hands‑on experience with utilities such as HVAC, boilers, water systems (RO/WFI), and clean steam strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Flexibility to work Day, 2nd, or 3rd shift (based on preference).
