Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Develop and maintain strong client relationships Participate in business development initiatives and estimating processes Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and retail construction projects Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite Knowledge of building codes, contract law, and construction methodologies PMP certification preferred OSHA 30-hour certification required About the Employer
