LSI is a national award-winning, second-generation family-owned and operated grounds management firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988. We offer Full Time, Year-Round employment. $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position
Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader
is a critical part of our team who is responsible for: Driving and operating 12-14\' trailers and skid steers Installing plants and other hard materials Cutting lawns using various sized power mowers Trimming and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer Operating a gas-powered blower Trimming shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth or to remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs using shears, pruners, or gas-powered hedge trimmers Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass and placing them onto burlap and onto a truck or trailer Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe Ensuring use of proper equipment and adhering to safety standards and precautions Supervising a crew of employees Skills we’re seeking
At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred Management experience is preferred Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check Physical requirements: must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear; ability to lift 70 lbs Why join LSI
