Injection Molding Supervisor

to lead production teams in a

GMP/ISO 13485 cleanroom

environment. This role combines

hands-on technical leadership

with a focus on

process excellence, safety, and quality compliance . What You’ll Do

Supervise and mentor molding technicians and operators across shifts. Oversee daily production to meet quality, output, and safety targets. Set up and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Ensure all documentation meets GMP and FDA standards. What You’ll Bring

3–5+ years in injection molding, including 1–2 years in leadership. Experience in

medical device or consumables manufacturing . Strong knowledge of

medical-grade polymers, tooling, and molding processes . Familiarity with

GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-regulated production . Bonus:

RJG/Scientific Molding certification , automation or robotics experience, ERP/MES knowledge, or bilingual (English/Spanish). Seniority level
