Overview

Product Support Engineer (Blockchain) at Kiln. You will own relationships with customers in the Americas (and some prospects) and work with a local GTM team and Europe-based Product team. Your objective is to ensure customers successfully integrate Kiln\'s API-first products and continuously improve their staking/DeFi activities. Responsibilities

Onboarding and training: Help business clients understand the staking process, available options, and how to use Kiln\'s staking services effectively. Technical support: Address client inquiries related to staking, troubleshoot issues, and guide resolution. Platform updates and enhancements: Communicate new features and updates to clients, ensuring understanding of impact on staking activity. Knowledge base and documentation: Contribute to and maintain staking-related information, FAQs, guides, and tutorials. Tools: Slack/Pylon, Notion, Gong, HubSpot, Postman … Stack

Solidity, Golang, JavaScript/Typescript, API REST, PostgreSQL, AWS/Kubernetes Requirements

2+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training. Proven experience with API troubleshooting, software implementation, testing, and deployment processes. Experience with Postman or another API testing tool. Strong ability to prioritize and resolve support tickets. Outstanding communication skills across all channels. 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, or proven personal experience (e.g., side project, hackathon) with solid understanding of protocols, staking, and DeFi. Fluent (written and spoken) English. Nice-to-have

Experience in a fast-growing startup. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Genuine interest in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and smart contracts. About Kiln
