We are seeking an experienced

QA Engineer

with a strong background in

Commerce Domain Services

to join our team. This is a high-priority role focused primarily on

backend services, API testing, and complex system integrations , rather than solely on UI flows. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of eCommerce service architectures through rigorous testing, test automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance automation frameworks. Lead and execute

functional manual testing

and

API integration testing

for backend eCommerce services. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications using modern technologies. Conduct comprehensive API testing and automation utilizing open-source frameworks. Build mock services for testing purposes and ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms. Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Business-Driven Development) methodologies to support automation strategies. Provide clear documentation and ensure testing processes align with project requirements and quality standards. Required Qualifications 4–6 years

of professional experience as a QA Engineer in

eCommerce environments (B2B/B2C) . Proven expertise in

UI and API integration testing . Strong knowledge of

Selenium

and/or

Playwright

for test automation. Advanced experience with

Postman

or

Rest Assured

for API testing. Demonstrated ability to build and use

mock services

for testing. Proficiency with

Mockito

or similar frameworks. Familiarity with

JIRA

or equivalent test management tools. Deep understanding of eCommerce system integrations, including cloud services, notification services, and file-based data exchanges. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and developing automation frameworks for applications built on

AngularJS, React, React Native , and

microservices-based architectures . Experience working with Salesforce applications is highly desirable. Strong understanding of

TDD

and

BDD

methodologies and their practical application in QA processes. Job Details This position focuses on building and testing
