Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician for a 32-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Feb 2, 2026. This position involves two outpatient clinic days per week, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, providing care in a family practice setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pediatric cases from newborns to age 18. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee patient care for 20-25 pediatric cases (ages 0-18) per 8-hour shift

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric services in a family practice environment

Deliver care for infants, newborns, children, and adolescents

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an intergenerational health center

Utilize Athenahealth EMR for documentation and patient management

Additional Information

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required

California medical license and Family Medicine board certification required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Spanish language skills preferred, not required
