Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician for a 32-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Feb 2, 2026. This position involves two outpatient clinic days per week, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, providing care in a family practice setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pediatric cases from newborns to age 18. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee patient care for 20-25 pediatric cases (ages 0-18) per 8-hour shift
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric services in a family practice environment
Deliver care for infants, newborns, children, and adolescents
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an intergenerational health center
Utilize Athenahealth EMR for documentation and patient management
Additional Information
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
California medical license and Family Medicine board certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Spanish language skills preferred, not required
Full contract commitment needed for consideration
