is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for
skilled technicians eager to fully utilize their surgical and anesthesia expertise
while making a meaningful impact on patient care. This role is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about anesthesia and are ready to work at the top of their license in a supportive, team-focused environment. This is a flexible position with the potential to be a full-time or part-time role depending on candidate availability. Schedules are 4x10 with availability needed Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS! Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs. Ensure an efficient surgical and procedural workflow, anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients. Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide discharge instructions with empathy and clarity. Full-time benefits and compensation

3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington (required) Certification or interest in Fear Free Proficiency in the following skills preferred:
Anesthesia induction and maintenance Dental prophylaxis and radiographs Surgical setup and assisting Radiology technique Sample collection Gentle patient handling Confident client communication and education
