Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of recent Case Manager experience in an acute care setting (within the last year). HM is open to candidates with 3 years of experience on Med/Surg, Tele, Neuro, ICU, PCU, or ED. Will also consider Case Manager experience in home health or insurance; for home health and insurance, 3 years of acute care experience total and at least 1 year of acute care experience within the last 5 years.
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Current Florida RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license acceptable if current and compliant
Certification in Case Management, Nursing, or Utilization Review, preferred
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: Minimum $31.94/hr; Mid $39.93/hr (10+ years); Max $43.92/hr (15+ years)
Shift Differentials: Evening Shift $2.50/hr; Weekend Shift $2.00/hr. Differentials stack; evening plus weekend yields $4.50/hr above base pay
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
