Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr Responsibilities
Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications. Conduct in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications. Record test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system. Organize and maintain quality records and retain production/intermediate batches and raw material champions. Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests. Set up, adjust, verify, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments. Maintain housekeeping of the working place. Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy. Evaluate retains of production batches in response to quality complaints. Perform 5S audits or other audits according to a plan. Support all Quality Control related initiatives. Requirements
High school diploma/GED Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) 3+ years related experience 2 years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Seniority level
