$69,074.45 to $106,268.38 per year , with the actual rate depending on experience, education, and other factors. Under supervision, provides professional nursing care following standards and guidelines, demonstrating knowledge of patient-specific differences and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Supports US Oncology Compliance and adheres to ethical standards. Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, evaluate, and promote continuity of care. Assess health status, review data, and report findings. Provide patient and family education and psychosocial support. Administer therapies including medications and blood products, ensuring proper documentation and protocol adherence. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, following OSHA guidelines and disinfection protocols. Facilitate clinical operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and communication. Collaborate with the team, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in professional development. Infusion RN Specific Responsibilities

Prepare and administer therapies under physician supervision, including programming infusion pumps and instructing patients/caregivers. Minimum qualifications include experience in infusion nursing and a chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider card (preferred). Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification. 3-5 years nursing experience, with at least one year in oncology preferred. Oncology certification is a plus. Working Conditions

Work may involve exposure to infectious diseases, toxic substances, radiation, and other hazards typical of oncology settings. Physical demands include handling patients, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Additional Details
