Location: Onsite – Downtown Los Angeles, CA

About Us: We are an established fashion company specializing in trend-forward juniors and kids apparel. Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ fashion district, we focus on delivering high-volume, fast fashion styles to top retailers nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Executive with a strong background in juniors or kids apparel, and proven success in private label, fast fashion, and high-volume wholesale environments.

Job Summary: As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key wholesale accounts, driving sales, and strengthening relationships with retail buyers. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from development to delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts, focusing on juniors and/or kidswear

Cultivate strong relationships with buyers and key retail partners, both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce

Present seasonal collections with a deep understanding of trend, margin, and delivery needs

Collaborate with design and production teams to develop private label programs tailored to each retailer

Ensure alignment with fast fashion timelines, reacting quickly to trends and market needs

Process and manage high-volume orders with precision and attention to detail

Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to drive strategic decision-making

Attend market appointments, trade shows, and showroom meetings to showcase collections and drive sales

Ensure all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time and according to client requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Wholesale sales, specifically in juniors and/or kids apparel

Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles

Background in fast fashion and high-volume order management is required

Experience developing and managing private label accounts with major retailers

Strong understanding of wholesale operations, merchandising, and production timelines

Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow existing account revenue

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/order entry systems a plus
