About the Role

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, wholesale, and account management to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales and Product Development teams to execute seasonal strategies and support growth initiatives. Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts, serving as a primary contact for buyers, planners, and merchandisers. Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, and approvals with overseas vendors and factories. Create and maintain essential sales tools, including buy sheets, cost sheets, line decks, and post-showroom recaps. Enter and track sales orders, purchase orders (POs), and EDI updates while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Collaborate with design, technical, and production teams to meet client requirements and ensure timely product delivery. Monitor production calendars and development timelines to guarantee on-time shipments. Analyze and organize sales data, preparing reports that inform planning and strategic decision-making. Maintain and update internal systems with accurate product details using Excel, Klink, PLM, and other tools. Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in the apparel industry, ideally in private label, wholesale, or account management. Strong understanding of retail math, costing, and sales order workflows. Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field preferred. Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Excel; experience with PLM (OnePLM/FlexPLM), VSR, or Klink is a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
