Overview
Lake Highland Preparatory School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Soccer Coaches for our boys and girls programs to serve as MS Head and JV/Varsity Assistant Coaches. This role focuses primarily on coaching and developing middle school and sub-varsity level players, with an emphasis on preparing them for a successful transition to varsity-level play. Responsibilities
Lead and manage sub-varsity soccer programs. Assist with varsity practices, games, and program development. Develop young athletes with a focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Help facilitate the progression of players from sub-varsity to varsity level. These are adjunct, non-benefitted, seasonal positions. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply. Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at the high school level. Strong understanding of player development and game strategy. Educational background and interest in applying for potential academic or staff positions at the school.
