The Corporate Sustainability Analyst is responsible for supporting our environmental sustainability initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving our corporate climate strategy through greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting, sustainability reporting, and environmental product disclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with sustainability frameworks, and a passion for advancing net zero goals. Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field Experience: 1-2 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental analytics. Familiarity with GHG Protocol, CDP, EPDs, and net zero certification frameworks. Knowledge of regulatory trends and voluntary sustainability standards. Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement. Travel: 10% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

GHG Emissions Accounting & Analytics

Manages existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy and support trend analysis of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Maintains and improves tools for tracking emissions and identifying reduction opportunities. Provides data-driven insights to internal stakeholders to inform sustainability strategy. Third-Party Vendor Liaison

Serves as the primary point of contact for sustainability-related vendors and consultants. Coordinates data sharing, project timelines, and deliverables with external partners. Environmental Product Disclosures (EPDs)

Manages the development and maintenance of EPDs for key product lines. Collaborates with product teams and external certifiers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Supports lifecycle assessment (LCA) initiatives and documentation. Sustainability Reporting

Leads data collection and submission for CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and other ESG frameworks. Prepares internal sustainability metrics and progress reports. Ensures timely and accurate reporting aligned with regulatory and voluntary standards. Supports customer information requests as it relates to FTI’s sustainability program. Net Zero Energy Certifications

Supports certification efforts for net zero energy buildings and operations. Coordinates with facilities, engineering, and sustainability teams to meet certification requirements. Tracks progress and maintains documentation for audits and renewals. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
