Located in Temple, Texas, we specialize in producing high-performance super alloys for aerospace and industrial sectors. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing environment. This role will support our financial operations, including day-to-day AR/AP transactions and month-end close processes, and will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our new ERP system. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical insights to drive business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and prepare reports for management review. Assist in the implementation, testing, and optimization of the new ERP system to ensure seamless financial integration. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and process documentation. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA preferred. 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes. Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with ERP implementation is highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and user training during ERP rollouts. Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management. Experience working in continuous improvement and Six Sigma environments. Seniority level
