Responsibilities
Manage your assigned territory with an established book of in-force business.
Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
Prospect for new clients regularly.
Collect premiums and respond to service requests promptly.
Keep accurate records and handle paperwork efficiently.
Expectations for Agents
Grow the agency size.
Build strong customer relationships.
Dedicate sufficient time to fulfill responsibilities.
Engage in ongoing learning and development.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preparation and Training
Licensing assistance for exam preparation.
Basic development program including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
On-the-job training while earning a paycheck.
