oversees customer accounts with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base, exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolving issues. The role is responsible for generating profitable growth with the existing customer base and identifying new opportunities. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas Support and grow the Littelfuse distribution sales channel within the region Serve as the primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors to gain maximum mind share Establish and execute mutual growth objectives with distributors through effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs, and inventory investment Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales Provide quotation support and follow up Input on key regional inventory requirements Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business Create, track, and follow up with Littelfuse and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs Support and maintain Littelfuse’s Distributor Registration program Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors Other duties as assigned Education

Bachelor or university degree Experience

Five to seven years of experience in Sales Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred Advanced knowledge in MS Office Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions Littelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference — everywhere, every day. $84,400 - $118,120 The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
