Ensure delivery of a premier experience to retail guests. Execute the retail sales program and retail excellence operations program. Drive downtime prospecting and lead generation. Monitor store sales performance metrics and coach based on results. Attend sales-related rally calls and meetings. Ensure the store is properly staffed and scheduled. Manage store inventory to limit loss. Create a healthy and positive sales culture within the store. Be an outstanding, outgoing, and energetic person with high values and work ethic. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Three or more years of sales experience with prior management experience. Additional Requirements
Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be willing to work retail shifts and hours.
