We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Sr. Accounts Manager
to join our dynamic team at
Al Mulla Group . In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cost structures, and supporting strategic planning through accurate and timely reporting. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis Supervise and mentor finance staff including accountants and assistants Monitor payroll, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting operations Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis Manage bank relationships and credit facilities (LCs, TRs, ODs, etc.) Oversee taxation and statutory compliance (UAE & Oman VAT, Corporate Tax) Implement internal financial controls and ensure IFRS compliance Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors Support internal audits, inspections, and financial reviews Manage receivables, payables, rentals, and utilities Lead ERP implementations, reporting automation, and process improvements QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting Professional certification: CA / ICWA / CIMA Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE taxation, and statutory obligations Proven leadership in financial planning, control, and reporting Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in working with ERP and financial systems
