Outside Sales Representative – AKE Safety Equipment Apply to become an outside sales representative for AKE Safety Equipment, a market‑leading fire safety equipment manufacturer founded in 1989. The position is located in Aiken County, South Carolina, and involves traveling farm‑to‑farm to sell the company’s signature product, STOP‑FYRE, a premier fire extinguishing system designed for agricultural use.

Compensation : $90,816 per year – 100% straight commission with no upfront fees or product purchase required, plus significant weekly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a territory of farmers and agricultural businesses, presenting the STOP‑FYRE product directly to farm managers and decision makers.

Execute farm‑to‑farm sales drives to promote and sell fire safety solutions.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records, prospect lists, and territory maps.

Collaborate with the regional sales team and corporate headquarters to align field strategies.

Qualifications

Many years of outside sales experience, particularly in agricultural or construction sectors.

Extremely competitive mindset and strong drive to win.

Deep connection to the agricultural community – grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly serves farmers.

Background in construction and/or excavation – experience selling to construction industry or owning a construction business.

Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and business‑mindful.

Commitment to helping others – background in firefighting, law enforcement, military, or EMT.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
