Overview We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the charge in the DACH region. You’ll be the go‑to person in the DACH region, collaborating with Partner Sales Managers and engaging daily with a steady network of partners. You’ll report to the Co-founder & CCO and become the face of Aquablu in the DACH region.

What you’ll do

Build a high-performing partner network.

Identify, onboard, and train new resellers and dealers starting with Germany, then Austria and Switzerland. Serve as the go-to contact for all local partners with a focus on enablement and relationship building to empower them to sell and scale.

Grow the business.

Close strategic partnerships and uncover opportunities in the market to expand across regions, verticals, and customer segments. Track KPIs and partner performance to ensure scalable impact.

Shape the DACH strategy.

Share on‑the‑ground insights to influence product, positioning, and go‑to‑market approach. Use data and partner feedback to refine channel playbooks and create a local partner scorecard that drives smarter decisions.

What you bring to the table

5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Partner Enablement

Residence in the DACH region (or near the NL border) and fluency in German & English

Builder’s mindset – proactive, hands-on, with full ownership

Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and grow what you build

Comfort with data, CRM tools, and a fast‑moving environment

Experience in SaaS, tech or FMCG is a plus

Willingness to travel across the region; face‑to‑face partner meetings are part of the role
