Channel Partner Manager
to expand our footprint in
Europe . Based in
Germany , this role will be responsible for
driving partner
acquisition, enablement, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner strategy with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution across our indirect sales channels. Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new high-potential partners to expand market reach Drive joint business planning with partners to align on revenue goals and co-marketing activities Build and maintain relationships with strategic channel partners Serve as an escalation point for high-impact partner issues or opportunities Track and analyze channel performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, partner engagement, etc.) Implement improvements based on partner feedback and performance trends Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure partner success Requirements: 3+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, account management or indirect sales Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with CRM tools Ability to travel as needed German and English - proficiency level Nice to Have: Background in SaaS solutions Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in DACH region What We Offer: A challenging and varied role in a dynamic corporate environment The opportunity to contribute your ideas and actively participate in the further development of the department A motivated and collegial team that will support you during your induction Fair remuneration, performance-related bonuses and further training opportunities Work-life balance through flexible working hours
