We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand VAST’s partner ecosystem in DACH Region. This role is responsible for driving revenue through resellers, distributors, and alliance partners by developing new relationships, strengthening existing ones, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to deliver VAST solutions. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the European enterprise technology market, understands the local partner landscape, and has a proven track record of building successful channel sales programs. Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow VAST’s channel ecosystem Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners aligned to VAST’s growth strategy. Drive revenue through partner-led sales, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets. Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key channel and distribution partners. Develop joint business plans with partners, including pipeline generation, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives. Work closely with VAST’s sales, SE, and marketing teams to ensure partner alignment and execution. Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting. Ensure partners are trained and certified to deliver VAST solutions with technical and sales excellence. Requirements
7+ years of channel sales or alliances experience in enterprise technology. Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems Strong network and relationships with VARs, distributors, and solution providers in the region. Background in storage, data infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Strong business planning, negotiation, and execution skills. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Seniority level
