Restaurant Attendant-Busser (Rate plus Gratuity)

We are seeking a Restaurant Attendant / Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and have at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience. We will train the right person with the right service attitude. Responsibilities include quickly cleaning dirty table settings, preparing tables for resetting, and maintaining stock and cleanliness of stations. The successful candidate will also greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages and bread, and replenish as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment. Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Other Supporting Functions: Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards. Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc. Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests and cross-training, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
