Now Hiring: Restaurant Attendant / Busser. We are looking for people with a winning smile and service-minded attitude who enjoy working with guests and providing memorable dining experiences. The ideal Busser must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends. The candidate should have at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience, but we will train the right person with the right service attitude. We are seeking positive, upbeat individuals with a passion for delivering excellent service. Responsibilities
Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare the table for resetting; promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen and condiments. Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner; serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Other Supporting Functions
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards. Fold napkins for all meal periods, restock condiments, and perform related duties as needed. Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning spills, handling special guest requests, and cross-training to ensure total guest satisfaction. Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately. Qualifications
At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience; willingness to be trained for the right service attitude. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service; ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
