We value personal commitment, relentless dedication, and teamwork. Join us! Position Qualifications: Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience. Degree in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Drafting Technologies, or IEC apprenticeship program graduates proficient in AutoCAD and interested in electrical design, or Individuals with any Engineering Bachelor's Degree proficient in AutoCAD and interested in electrical design. Additional Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of sustainable design practices, experience with project management software, ability to visit construction sites for model verification and coordination, excellent communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SKM, etc. Benefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match 30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years Company-provided safety certifications Family-focused culture Stable employment with a growing company Highly competitive salary Day-to-day Tasks (Essential Functions): Design electrical drawings for permit and construction using CAD tools, interacting with clients, vendors, and engineers. Create and manage project folders. Develop accurate designs complying with scope, specifications, standards, and policies. Review supplier drawings to meet NEC clearance requirements. Coordinate installation details with engineers and field teams. Set up CAD systems and develop SOPs. Prepare as-built drawings from field redline markups, reviewed and approved before issuance. Utilize software upgrades or new tools to improve design and construction processes, specifically AutoCAD 2018+ and Revit 2017+. Assist with BIM implementation and coordination. Maintain plotter and plotting processes. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lighting design software such as Agi32 is a plus. Working Environment and Physical Demands: This is a stationary position requiring sitting, standing, repetitive motions, grasping, speaking, listening, and visual focus. Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Must be physically capable of performing essential functions.
