– Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $88 billion across a diversified set of businesses. Our strategies include Absolute Return and Multi-Strategy, investing opportunistically across asset classes, including direct investments. Responsibilities

Structuring, negotiation, and formation of BXMA’s commingled and customized funds and portfolio investments. Negotiation and execution of certain direct and indirect investments within BXMA’s Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy and Total Portfolio investment strategies. Substantial interaction with BXMA internal business groups (investment, accounting, operations, investor relations) and external clients. Management of external counsel. Negotiation and review of various legal documentation. Ongoing review of industry and regulatory developments to assess any relevant information or risks to BXMA’s business. Qualifications

J.D. degree required. Candidates should possess a minimum of four (4) full years of law firm and/or in-house private investment fund work experience. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills with demonstrated experience interpreting legal and business terms. Highly motivated, intelligent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals who have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Expected annual base salary range:

$135,000 - $200,000 . Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
