Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials. Assist with settlement negotiations. Requirements: Experience in personal injury law and legal procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in conducting legal research and using legal databases. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and stay organized. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
