We are expanding into Phoenix, Arizona, and seeking a highly experienced, self‑driven Senior Litigation Attorney to build and lead our presence in the state. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup‑style office backed by the resources, reputation, and success of a nationally recognized firm.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution.
Skillfully conduct and defend depositions (including expert witnesses) as part of a targeted litigation strategy.
Represent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trials.
Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategy.
Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings.
Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements
Licensed to practice in Arizona.
6–10 years of proven litigation experience in Arizona personal injury law, including trial work.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and litigate personal injury cases through verdict.
Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversight.
Strong client‑relations skills and a results‑driven approach.
Compensation Annual base salary: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00, plus commission and bonuses.
